1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

If there are delays due to stock or other issues, we will contact you promptly.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on destination)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
  • PureLife Store is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
  • Shipping times may vary by country.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

PureLife Store is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package appears lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • We will work with the carrier to investigate.

PureLife Store is not responsible for stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location.

7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage.

We will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
